When you walk into the front door, the thermostat is mounted to the wall to the right next to the door to the living room. Feel free to adjust it how you see fit. Please let us know if you need assistance with controlling the temperature.

Check out is at 11:00am. If you would like to request a late checkout, just ask! We’ll be happy to accommodate given there are no new guests arriving that same day. Before you go, please bring trash to outdoor bins, place damp or wet towels in bathtubs or showers and start the dishwasher. Leave the rest to us!

We take pride in our well appointed kitchens so you should have everything you need during your stay. However, if you are unable to find something you’re looking for, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Trash bags are underneath the sink in the kitchen. Some light cleaning supplies can be found on the shelves at the top of the basement stairs. Grilling tools are in the second drawer below the microwave. A blender and a crockpot are in the corner bottom cabinet. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Turn the power on using the TV remote. Make sure input is set to HDMI1. Once there, you will see all your favorite streaming apps. We provide a Hulu subscription where you can enjoy live TV.

There are several grocery stores nearby. Our favorites are Whole Foods (1.5mi), Metro Market (.3mi) Fresh Thyme (.3mi) and Glorioso’s Italian Market (.2mi).
Many of the groups we’ve hosted have taken advantage of having private chefs come in and prepare meals for them. We have relationships with reputable local chefs and can help coordinate private dinners if you’d like. Just reach out and ask!

“Amazing House! We decided to take an unexpected trip to Milwaukee and needed a place with at least 5 bedrooms. At first, we thought the listing was too good to be true but decided to take the chance. It was just as advertised, simply beautiful. We highly recommended and will look to stay here if we ever come back to Milwaukee.”
